These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at localhost:3002 and related marketing pages operated by A S K Financing Broker LLC (ASKMoney.me). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Facility agreements with banks are separate contracts—we are not a party to those unless expressly stated in writing.

You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have legal capacity to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction. If you access the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity.

2. Nature of our services

ASKMoney.me is a CBUAE-licensed financing broker. We arrange introductions, coordinate documentation, and support communication between you and licensed third-party financial institutions. We do not extend credit from our own balance sheet. Approvals, pricing, covenants, disbursements, and ongoing servicing are determined exclusively by counterparties after their independent underwriting and compliance checks.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Website descriptions, case studies, statistics, blog articles, FAQs, and conversations with our team are informational. They do not constitute an offer of credit, a commitment to obtain financing, or a guarantee of approval, rate, tenor, or timing. Market conditions and bank policies change; past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. EMI calculator disclaimer

The EMI calculator produces illustrative mathematical estimates only. Actual instalments depend on lender fees, insurance, profit-rate structures, payment holidays, rounding, and regulatory affordability tests. Calculator output must not be relied upon as a quotation or pre-approval.

6. Acceptable use

Our aggregate liability for direct losses arising from your use of the site (excluding matters that cannot legally be limited) shall not exceed the greater of (a) AED 1,000 or (b) fees you have actually paid to us specifically for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A S K Financing Broker LLC from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or infringement of third-party rights—except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence as determined by a competent court.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory provisions for consumers in your place of residence.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written engagement letter you sign with us, constitute the entire agreement regarding site use unless expressly superseded in writing.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when a new version is published. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
